DAHSS is a journey, not a destination.
This journey called DAHSS20 was short but very meaningful. I discovered great new tools and great new people.
I decided to present a map with points in the world connected to the work of architect Pyotr Pavlovich Fetisov, which I got from my research. Label “drawing” represents architectural monuments that Fetisov drew and published in a journal. “Article” is the place where are located the monuments which were the topic of his articles. “Building” marks a building he worked on. “Place of study” and ” Place of work” are exactly that, institutions where he left his mark.
While the map might not generate new knowledge, it helped me a lot to learn about new tools that will in the future help expand the possibilities within research. So to speak, it opened up a whole new world to me 🙂
